When the time came for Joshua to lead the Hebrew people into the Promised Land, God spoke to Joshua, saying: “As I was with Moses, so I will be with you. Be,
as King David shared with his son Solomon what God instructed him to say as he prepared to build the Temple, he echoed the same challenge: “Be strong and of good courage, and act. Do not be afraid or dismayed, for the Lord God is with you. He will not fail you or forsake you.”

So today, as we prepare to take possession of our
own Promised Land and build the holy place that God
is calling us to build, we too must be strong and very
courageous. We must act and not be afraid, for
the Lord is with us – the people called Trinity!
